Trusted Hosts Preferences

Hello Team ,
We have encountered a message prompting us to trust hostnames when attempting to download a file from an HTTPS URL as part of the Oxygen plugin. A popup appears, as described in the following documentation:

Is there a way to programmatically add this URL to the list of trusted hosts in advance, so that users do not see the popup?
