"Status indicator" for right panel review icon

Hello,

I could be great to add a "status indicator" on right panel review icon (orange round in my example), that permis to know if it exist at least one comment (or track change) in the content without having to open the view.

This feature will be very useful for editors and proofreaders, who will be able to see at a glance whether a comment is present.
If it can be integrated relatively quickly, that would be great.
