Feedback widget fixed height issue - content cut off

I'm using OxygenXML Editor v27.1. I installed a trial copy of Feedback, and I'm finding that the feedback widget is stuck at a fixed height (around 377px) and cutting off content inside of it.
I've been looking for possible CSS conflicts, but so far I'm not seeing any of my custom styles affecting this widget. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue?

Unfortunately, we are not aware of such an issue. Could you please provide us more details about the context of this problem? Could you please let us know what browser have you used and which version of Oxygen Feedback (Cloud or Enterprise)? Also, if possible please send us a screen-shot with the browser console log and please re-attach the imagine you refer to as it was not included in the previous post.
