Oxygen Web Author not switching to backup license server quickly

Hi Team,
We have deployed oxygen xml web author on server 1 and floating main license server on server 2 and floating backup license server on server 3. whenever there is network connection issue between server 1 and server 2, we expect oxygen web author to connect to back up license server as that's our redundancy approach.
issue now is when main license server is unreachable, oxygen web author keeps on trying to connect to main license server for close to 10 min before switching to back up license and till that time on oxygen web author page UI will be blank giving impression to users like its broke or not responsive.

How can we resolve this issue. is there a way to configure a quick timeout to switch back to back-up license server instead of waiting for 10-15 mins.

It is recommended to enable HTTP request logging [1] and send us these logs for verification.
Also, are you using a load balancer or proxy between the Web Author server and the License Server?
