AI Positron - Batch Files - Incomplete_content error

Post by Subathra »

Hi,
I'm getting the 'Incomplete_content' error when I try applying a custom AI Positron action to a batch file (Refactoring → AI Positron XML Refactoring). Please help. Thanks!

Hi,

Do you have the "AI Positron Assistant" or "AI Positron Assistant Enterprise" add-on installed?
What version of the AI Positron add-on do you have installed? You can check this in the Oxygen main menu Help->"Manage add-ons".
Our latest version of AI Positron is 5.0, if you have not yet upgraded to it maybe you should consider doing so.
How large are those files over which you apply the batch processing? If you open each individual file and apply the AI action on it, does it work?

Hi Radu,
Answering to your queries.
1. I have the AI Positron Assistant Enterprise 5.0 installed.
2. The files are not big.
3. When I applied the custom actions individually, it works fine.
Thanks!

Hi Subathra,
I have the AI Positron Assistant Enterprise 5.0 installed.
I cannot reproduce this problem on my side with a connection to OpenAI, I think the problem stems somehow from the AI engine server you are using, AI Positron asks it in succession to process the content of those files and somehow the AI server fails at some point to properly return an answer, this is not something we can control.
