Split editor options inactive

Today I tried to use the Split editor (main menu Window->Split actions) as described in the following blog and its bullet:

• Split editor (main menu Window->Split actions) to copy paste between different parts of the XML document.

The split actions are inactive or "ghosted out" in my desktop version of oXygen XML Author 25.1 build 2023110913.
Should they be available to me or are they an Editor feature?

Hi,
The Window->"Split" actions are available only when working with documents opened in the Text editing mode, they are not available for documents opened in the Author visual editing mode.
