OxygenXML Parse error

Hello, We are facing an issue which says parse error on frontend. When we checked the logs it shows this error - java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find bundle for base name org.apache.xerces.impl.msg.SAXMessages, locale en. Can you help us out to see what could be causing this?

Do you have the possibility to send us the file that is causing the error? You can use this form [1] to upload the file. Otherwise, could you help us reproduce the issue you encountered? Which connector are you using to open the file—GitHub, GitLab, WebDAV, etc.?
