I/O Error XML Refactoring; 404 Not Found

Hi,
I'm trying to use XML Refactoring to add an attribute to an element, which I had success with yesterday (on my laptop) but am no longer able to use today (on my desktop). I am using oXygen XML Editor 26.1.

When I use the same settings as yesterday on my desktop today, I run into two error messages:
"I/O Error reading input stream from http://www.oxygenxml.com/ns/xmlRefactor ... commons.xq: 404 Not Found for: https://www.oxygenxml.com/ns/xmlRefacto ... commons.xq"
and
"One or more static errors were reported during query analysis"

I'm not sure how to resolve these messages on my side. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
The "commons.xq" library file should be reachable through Oxygen's XML catalog support, without the need for Oxygen to search for it online.
Did you make any changes in the Oxygen Preferences->"XML / XML Catalog" page? For example uncheck the "Use default catalog" checkbox?
