Learn words in spell checker

Hello,

I'm using Web Author version 26.1.

The spell checker brings up certain errors that we want to ignore permanently. When I say ignore permanently, I mean learn this word / add this word to the dictionary for all sessions and all users.

At the current time, when I click on the Ignore button for an error that has been raised. If I open the same document again with the same user from my CMS, the error is displayed again. We'd like to stop displaying the error.

How can we do this in Web Author?

Hello,

This is the expected behavior of the default spell-checking feature in Web Author.
You can add a custom term list, where you can add learned/forbidden words [1]
Alternatively, you can try the learn-words-plugin [2], which can also allow users to "learn words"
