In DITAMAP view, mark topics with track changes in them
Post by vicmortelmans »
Hi,
when working with track changes in oXygen Author, it would be nice if the DITAMAP view could indicate which topics contain track changes.
I don't think it is possible to configure this out of the box (unless I overlook?), but perhaps this can be scripted somehow?
Best regards,
Vic

Re: In DITAMAP view, mark topics with track changes in them
Hi Victor,
In the Oxygen main menu "Window->Show view" you can show the "Review" view. Near the filter field the Review view has "Previous/Next" arrow buttons. If open a DITA topic in the Author visual editing mode and use the Previous/Next buttons from the Review view, once you are on the last item to review and press Next Oxygen should ask you if you want to open the next topic in the DITA Map reading order which has track changes or comments.
Or you could use our "Find/Replace in Files" functionality and search for "<?oxy_", this should find both topics with track changes and comments.
Or use Oxygen's "Open/Find Resources" side view which has an "In reviews" radio button.
Regards,
Radu
