Add-On Connection Error

Post by GusRiva »

Hello!
We have an add-on for a plugin with custom framework in this URL: https://digi.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/frame ... plugin.xml
The add-on works fine, but whenever I open "Manage Add-ons" I get this error message:
Description
403 Forbidden for: https://digi.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/frame ... 8020401367
Severity
Error
System ID
https://digi.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/frameworks/

I don't know why Oxygen tries to reach the URL: https://digi.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/frame ... 8020401367
Do we need to allow access to the parent directry ( https://digi.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/frameworks/ ) for the add-on to work? We have been working with add-on and the same settings for over a year and we only encountered this error in the last update a week or so ago.

Thanks for your help and let me know if you need more information.
All best,

Hi Gustavo,

Can you look in the Oxygen Preferences->"Add-ons" page? Maybe in time you added various URls to check for add-ons which should be removed.
