Support inline comments?

Greetings.
Does Oxygen Feedback allow making inline comments? For example, as a reader or reviewer, I can select a word or some words in a paragragph and propose changes.

Even if adding comments for a specific selection is not supported, Oxygen Feedback supports block-level comments. This feature allows users to add and manage comments contextually at a specific location within the output page where block elements appear, such as sections, paragraphs, lists, or tables. This makes the feedback more precise and easier to locate the exact content referenced in the comments. Block-level comments are displayed in the comments area at the bottom of the page, aggregated with all other comments added in that area, and are marked with a specific status badge.
