change text color dita2word

Hello,
we have been using the word plugin com.elovirta.ooxml for word generation from dita !
but we struggeled in it for some issues! the most persistant one is the color change !
i have created a flag in a dita val to change color to green, on oXygen it works perfectly but it isnt generated in the word !

If you can please help, it is quite urgent for the project in hand !

Hi,
I'm afraid we do not control how this third party plugin works.
I assume you have set in the transformation scenario "Filters" tab a reference to your DITAVAL filter file.
Does the filter color show up when publishing the DITA Map to HTML5 for example? If so maybe you can add an issue with a small sample DITA project on the DITA to Word plugin's Github issues list:
