Incorrect section number in TOC

Hi,
When I publish PDF using a ditaval file, the section number in the TOC is different from its actual section number but its link is correct. The section number in the navigation pane of the PDF is also correct. Do you know what is possible reason for this issue？ What can I do to resolve this issue?

Could you indicate which Oxygen version you are using and which PDF scenario you are running? (DITA Map PDF - based on HTML5 & CSS or DITA Map PDF - based on XSL-FO)

Hi Julien,
My oxygen version is <oXygen/> XML Author 25.1, build 2023042509. And the transformation scenario is DITA Map PDF - based on HTML5 & CSS.
