Search results don't populate
Post by AChristophory »
Hi,
My HTML5 responsive output suddenly does not populate the search output page. instead, I get what looks like three placeholder blocks. I did modify the CSS but can't understand how that would affect the search?

Hi,
Which specific version of Oxygen / WebHelp are you using to run the transformation?
From the feedback you provided, we understand that your temporary folder may still contain some debris from previous transformations. Therefore, please make sure that you set both the "clean.temp" and the "clean.out" transformation parameters set on "yes" so that, both the temporary and the output folders would be clear of any resources that may have a bad impact on the output from your current transformation.
Let us know if you still encounter issues even after cleaning both the temp and the output folders. You should also check your internet browser's console for any errors and let us know which errors do you have.
Regards,
Costin
