Features missing in Dita-Toolbar

Hi,

I am currently evaluating the webauthor and wondering about the following problem:

When editing a dita topic, there are Features missing in my dita-toolbar:
-insert image
-insert link
-content re-use

Also the attributes side window does not work and i can not change or set attributes to elements.

Can you help how to add those features?

Hello,

All these actions have in common the fact that a file should be chosen so the problem may be that there is no file server associated with your document.
What is the file repository that you use?
