Default Validation not working

the Default Validation for errors isnt working in Oxygen.

Oxygen isnt showing the errors, if any are there. in the attached file 'Error', the closing tag for <xsl:template> is missing. Also, missing are the double quotes for the Template match. no errors are show in oxygen.

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the behavior you describe. What version of Oxygen do you use? Do you have a validation scenario associated with the XSL file? You can find more details about the validation performed on the current editor in the Information view, To make the view visible, select Window > Show View > Information.
Can you send use a sample file and the content from the information view after you validate the file?
