I'm sorry, i'm used not correct word. I meant "hotkeys" - for quick highlight/unhighlight the text fragment (in yellow, for example)

Hi Dan,
If you search in the Oxygen Preferences->"Menu Shortcut Keys" for "Highlight" you will find a couple of actions there to which you can assign keyboard shortcuts. For example the "Highlight" action will assign the current highlight color to the selected content in the Author visual editing mode.
