Does anyone know how to convert an xml file to html or javascript (i.e. a blog reader)

Hello,

You can do the conversion with an XSLT stylesheet. oXygen offers support for editing XSLT stylesheets and applying them on XML files but without knowing more about the format of the input XML and the output of the conversion I cannot give you more help.
