Different table borders
Post by [Stupid]_[User] »
Hi team, I have some problems with cells borders in the tables.
Some tables of my document contains cells, which I was separate or join. It looks like that:
I was trying different ways to resolve this problem:
One useful thing which I was found - if don't use background color for cells, all borders are perfect:
How I can try to resolve this problem?
Some tables of my document contains cells, which I was separate or join. It looks like that:

And everything great until I was transform my dita topic in pdf document, using Dita PDF - Based on HTML5 & CSS Transformation scenario (it's necessary to note that I also used my custom css for these transformation). Now my table looks like that:

Using zoom in I see , that my cells borders looks in different ways:

It looks like some borders are superimposed!I was trying different ways to resolve this problem:
- Add fixed cells borders
- Add border-collapse: collapse parameter inside table settings in my css file
- And etc.
One useful thing which I was found - if don't use background color for cells, all borders are perfect:

But it's not a decision for me since I have some style requirements for tables. How I can try to resolve this problem?

Hello,
Could you indicate which version of Oxygen you are using? Also is it possible for you to copy your custom CSS rules for tables?
Regards,
Julien

Hello Mr. User,
Could you put your "bad" and "good" PDF files in an archive and post it here? Sometimes PDFs can get funny about how line widths are rendered, and it can vary by PDF viewer. Another possibility is some kind of order-of-rendering issue, but it will help to examine the actual PDF file.
