What version of Oxygen do you have? Oxygen version 20 is no longer officially supported by us in any way.

You should look in the Oxygen Preferences->"DITA" page to see if you have specified a custom DITA OT folder and if you did if it points to an existing location.
There is no Oxygen specific plugin for a "DITA-OT2.x" folder, if you want you can also try to re-install Oxygen 20 from our software archive:

Actual issue is , one of my team member has accidentally deleted the file under the path
Oxygen XML Editor 20\frameworks\dita\DITA-OT2.x\plugins\org.dita.base
The files are deleted to recycle bin and restored. But still it is not working. Re-installation may require some configuration/settings defined earlier.

plz help me on this

We have a software archive, maybe you can uninstall Oxygen 20 and then re-download and re-install Oxygen 20 or 20.1:
