We do not have such plans but based on your feedback I will add an internal issue and we'll take this into account.
If such a plugin were available, are you looking for certain features in particular which would add to the existing functionality of the ChatGPT in-browser prompt?

You can already create for example DITA XML tasks with the ChatGPT prompt:

I'm not sure what an integration of ChatGPT in Oxygen would bring as extra value.
Our current OpenAI integration is interesting in the way in which we allow people to create their own model and parse the entire DITA project so that the OpenAI engine responds by taking their project's contents into account.
But ChatGPT is from what I understand an already trained model, it's been trained on content from the entire internet, it will not reply to questions by focusing on content from a specific project.
