Update topic while in review

Hi,
we're currently evaluating Content Fusion.
If you've sent a file to Content Fusion for review, and during review you make changes to that file in Oxygen, is there a way that this file can be updated from within Oxygen? Or does an author have to make that change in Content Fusion to avoid conflicts?

Hello,

Starting with 5.0 you can edit task files directly from Oxygen XML Editor, see this topic [0].
Also you can see the "Editing Content Fusion Files in Oxygen XML Editor/Author" section from What's New page [1], along with other features that the version 5.0 brings.
Note that this feature requests both the Content Fusion server and the Oxygen plugin to be at least version 5.0.

Also note that you can merge you local changes using the diff and merge tool like so:

• open the task file in Oxygen XML Editor using "Open URL..." action from "File" menu

• switch to Text Page

• use "Compare..." action from editor's contextual menu

• open you local file in the right-side diff editor

• merge you local changes into the task file

• close the Diff Files dialog
