Migrating from Flare to DITA

Hi Support team,
There was a post on this topic dating back to 2018:

Has anything changed since then?
Flare 2021 r3 has an option to generate DITA output, however is appears as deprecated: https://help.madcapsoftware.com/flare20 ... -Types.htm.
Are there other ways to perform this task? Would appreciate any guidance.

Hi Anne,

I'm afraid we do not have a Flare to DITA conversion available. So if Flare has a DITA export I suggest you try that, maybe you can tell me afterwards if it creates a DITA Map and if it preserves the reusable content and converts it to DITA content references and key references.
We do have a plain HTML to DITA batch converter add-on:

So if you publish Flare to plain HTML without any Javascript you could import it to DITA but your reusable content would no longer would be reused in the generated DITA topics.
