Oxygen Feedback Cloud message

Thanks for the updates in Oxygen Cloud Feedback, they look great!

Would it be possible to customize the initial message that is shown on the feedback component? Right now it shows "Want to add a comment?". I would like to be able to customize this to add a stronger invitation to visitors, such as "Help improve this documentation by asking a question or leaving a comment about any issue on this page."

It would be nice if this was a setting that could be altered from the control panel.

Also, will Oxygen Cloud Feedback be getting it's own support forum?

Hello,

Unfortunately, at the moment, you cannot customize the content of "Want to add a comment?" label.
I have registered your improvement request (reference ID OFB-2367) to add this functionality.

We have a similar setting in the General Settings page of a Site Configuration, where you can customize the placeholder that is displayed in the Comments input form. See https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/ ... yw_dgk_54b

I have also submitted a request (ref. ID WEB-1538) to our Forum's Admin Team to create a dedicated forum section for Oxygen Feedback.
