missing tip after the dita is published

For example, I have added a note, and changed the type of "Note" to "Tip" in my topic.
However, it was gone after I published this topic to a webhelp
It happens several times!
Why? and Is there any method to resolve this problem?

Hi,

Could you please provide us more details about the context of this problem? What version of oXygen XML do you currently use?
We have check with v24.0 and we could not reproduce this issue.
As an example, please check this link from our user manual generated with v24 where the "Tip" is shown:

If the problem persists, please try to reproduce it on sample (for instance, flowers.ditamap) and please send the minimal sample project for analysis to support [AT] oxygenxml [DOT] com.
