Mixing of line end styles
G'day,
The oXygen Eclipse plugin appears to mix line end styles (PC vs Unix vs Mac) which can cause problems with some source control systems (notably Subversion). It would be preferable if oXygen consistently used a single, configurable line end style when saving a modified file.
Cheers,
Peter

In the standalone version there is exactly such an option.
In Eclipse we let that to Eclipse. You may try to go to Window->Preferences -- General -- Workspace and select the desired line delimiter in the "New text file line delimiter" group, in the bottom right part of the preference page.
Best Regards,
George

Things have gotten somewhat better, however the Eclipse plugin version of oXygen is still mixing line end styles in some cases, even with the Eclipse option "Window > Preferences > General > Workspace" set to "Windows", and even if the file originally had a consistent line end style, prior to me editing it in the oXygen plugin.
The problem always occurs for one of my XML files, but only occurs sporadically for other XML files I'm editing via the plugin. I haven't yet determined what the pattern is.
Cheers,
Peter
