line numbers when printing

Hi,

I was just printing some XQuery code for reviewing and i was missing line numbers, which make communicating a review a bit better

Needles to say i would appreciate the a "line numbers when printing" feature.

Thank you for the request. I added it to our bugzilla but it will not be implemented in the next couple of months. We will consider it for a future version.
