Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

Could you please provide us more details about the context of this problem? What version of oXygen XML and build number are you using (from menu Help > About)? Does this issue occur when you duplicate the default DITA Map WebHelp Responsive scenario? Or the transformation scenario created in a previous version of oXygen XML?

We have tested this behavior on our side with oXygen XML v23.1 and we could not reproduce this issue.

Hi,

Incidentally I encountered such a situation about a week ago, this particular end user had a DITA DTD specialization (so they were not using the base DITA DTDs) and the DITA Map specialization DTD did not adhere to the DITA specialization standard, the top level map and topic element definitions did not define the default "DITAArchVersion" and "domains" attributes:
https://www.oxygenxml.com/dita/1.3/spec ... dules.html

This meant that when the DITA Map was opened in the DITA Maps manager view Oxygen did not quite detect it as a valid DITA Map and did not present the "Templates" tab for it.

If you consider this to be your case you could try this workaround, go to the Oxygen Preferences->Document Type Association page, edit the DITA Map framework configuration and in the "Association rules" table add a new association rule with the root local name matching the "map" element and all other field values set to "*".
But of course, it would be better if this would be fixed in the DTDs.

An extra check would be to look at the Oxygen Preferences->DITA page and check that the default used DITA OT is the DITA OT bundled with Oxygen.
