CSS to show TOC at the top of xml file in Editor

My company is switching from arbortext to oXygen and notice that there isn't a feature that shows a link to various elements throughout an xml file. Does oXygen have a similar feature? or something that can be done in css with oxy? This helps authors navigate huge files with ease.

Hi Garrett,

Can you give me more details about what XML vocabulary you are using with Oxygen? Is it DITA XML?
Because I do not recognize the XML vocabulary you used with Arbortext, it seemed to have "chapter", "section1" elements. Was it a custom XML vocabulary? When you migrated to Oxygen did you create a new framework in Oxygen to support it?
