Problem with shortcut

As in Oxygen 21 I also get warnings in Oxygen 23 when I search for directories for example to compare them or when doing a search "Find and replace in files".
The message I get is:

Problem with shortcut
The drive or network connection that the shortcut " refers to is unavailable. Make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available, and then try again.
OK

When I just click on OK several times The directory is found and I can go on.
In Oxygen 19 and 20 I never had this problem. Thus, what's different to 21 resp. 23? Do I have to set something in the preferences?

Another workaround to removing the broken shortcuts from your Desktop is to download the Oxygen 23 kit bundled with Java 15 which does not have this problem.
