Windows Defender Smartscreen does not like the Oxygen Author installer

I just downloaded the 64 bit version of Oxygen Author. When starting the installer Windows defender Smartscreen came up:

We are aware of this. There is a note on the download page for v22.1:

When running the installer, if you receive a Windows Defender SmartScreen message stating that it "prevented an unrecognized app from starting", click on More Info. If the Publisher is "Syncro Soft SRL", it is safe to press the Run anyway button.

When the code signing certificates used for signing Oxygen (v22.1) were renewed, the reputation with Windows Defender SmartScreen was lost and it started to show popups that Oxygen is an "unrecognized app". We have addressed this for v23.0 (will be released very soon) and a maintenance build that fixes the problem for v22.1 will also soon follow.
