Cannot deactivate Oxygen 20.1 personal license?

Helly Oxygen Team,

I have an Oxygen 20.1 personal license installed on my PC that I would like to deactivate so that I can install the software on a new laptop.
I followed the instructions here https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/ ... e-key.html, but, when I proceed as instructed, I do not see any "Remove" button in the dialog? Has anybody else had this issue?

Hi,

You are looking at the instructions for v22.1, but you are using v20.1, which has a different procedure for removing the license. See the instructions for v20.1 here:

Do note that if you have a user based license, you are actually entitled to use Oxygen on multiple devices. So, if the old PC remains in your ownership (or custody), you do not have to remove the license, you can keep Oxygen on it and use it whenever you need.
