Cannot select multiple files...

Hi,

Under Mac OS X 10.4.6, I cannot select multiple files for the Trang Converter. Holding down cmd, option, control, or any combination thereof, when selecting files does not work. The only file selected is the last that was clicked on. Is there someting I'm missing here? I am using Oxygen 7.2, build 2006060615.

Hello,

In the Input panel of the Trang Converter dialog the file browser dialog works in multi selection mode only for conversion from a set of XML documents to a schema (the XML Documents radio button of the Input panel). For conversion from a schema (Relax NG or DTD) to other type of schema you have to convert them one by one.

Actually, that is exactly what I am trying to do, i.e., generate a n xml schema from several xml files. However, I find that the dialog box does not seem to be in multiselect model.

I am sorry, you are on Mac OS X. I tried on Windows and it worked for me. On Mac OS <oXygen/> uses the native file browser dialog for closer integration with the OS X look and feel and this dialog does not have a multi selection mode in Java. We could introduce a user preference for choosing between the native dialog and the Java platform independent dialog which allows multi selection mode but does not have the Aqua look and feel.
