"Submit failed" message

Hi,

Several of our SMEs tried to submit edits to topics in WebAuthor and got a "Submit failed" message.

As far as I know, there was nothing special. SME would open a topic in WebAuthor following an Edit Online link from PDF, check it out (we are using Perforce), add comment/make changes and then try to submit and fail with the "Submit failed" message.

Any idea what could be the cause of this?
