Report unreferenced key definitions option giving false positive results?
Post by GingerSnap »
I ran a validation on my ditamap with the only validation check being
Report unreferenced key definitions
I got 600+ resullts.
But when I search the content for those results, there actually are references to those keys.
What could I be misinterpreting ?
Here is an example...
The report:
Unreferenced key definition: "action-designer".
The content match when I look for the key:
<ph keyref="action-designer"/> to map inbound JSON payloads to complex object outputs.
The ditamap structure is hierarchical, and the keymap is inside each of the ditamaps.
Could I be psyching out the interpreter and it is reporting off each submap that does not contain some of the keys but they are in other submaps ?
I am running
<oXygen/> XML Editor 20.1, build 2018122403

Hi,
I'm not sure why this setting does not properly work for your project. If you can put together a small sample DITA project exemplifying the problem and send it to us (support@oxygenxml.com) we could try to look into this and help further.
Regards,
Radu
