Quick review through Oxygen Web Author

Hi, I am testing Oxygen Web Author
Is there any way to display the Table of Cotents of a map, then select a dita file to check and review on the web author tool?

For now, we can only select dita files from a file folder, and the dita files are displayed in the in alphabetical order.
We may have plenty of dita files needs to be reviewed, if the reviewer can select dita files from a well-organized map, that would be more efficient.

Hello,

For DITA files, there are a couple of options here:

• There is a "Show DITA Map view" button on the toolbar. Once the view is open one can choose the map and a Toc-like view of the map will be presented.

• Manually construct a shareable URL that includes the DITA Map pre-set (so that the users don't have to choose it manually). More details here [1].

• Use the "Impose DITA Map" plugin [2] to automatically impose the correct DITA Map, so that you won't have to construct the URL before sharing.

• Generate WebHelp out of the DITA project but with "Edit Online" links near each topic title. More details here [3].

• You can share the URL to the DITA Map. When opened in the editor, the DITA Map contains references to topics.
