Code-Insight not working in Eclipse

I can't get code-insight to work with the oXygen plugin (version 2.0.4) running on Eclipse 2.1.1

I never receive a popup for completion options although code-insight is enabled in my oXygen preferences.

Hi,

Please try to edit a sample file. If you choose personal-schema.xml for instance then after you press < to enter a person tag you should have the content completion pop up. If this is not the case then please look in the Error log view to see if there is something reported there and let us know.

Also it will help us understand the problem if you specify what Eclipse version/build number do you have and on what platform.
