Hi Igor,
I opened the WSDL file you specified in Oxygen and tried to validate it.
There are indeed problems reported. WSDL files are validated in Oxygen using the XML Schemas available at http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/ and http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap/.
Among the problems found (you can click them to go to the line where they were encountered):
1)The "xml:lang" attribute is not allowed in the "documentation" element
2) The "name" attribute of the "soap:fault" element must be a non qualified name (so it must not have the prefix "tms". This is reported because in the schema used for validation the "name" attribute appears of type NCName ( that is Non-qualified name)
3)The "soapAction" of the "soap:operation" element is not of type "anyURI" as described in the schema. This means also removing the prefix "urn" from the attribute value.
Because some WSDL files do not respect the schema, like your file for example, and if you do not want to modify it, when analysing the file after validation Oxygen shows an warning dialog but allows you to continue the analysis despite of the errors encountered on validation.
Regards,
Radu.

Thanks for the detail.
I was using an older version of oXygen, and when I updated, I was very pleased to find the WSDL functionality.
It did just what you described: said there were problems, but that it could continue. And it did.
Most cool
I understand that WSDL is nnot yet a standard. Let's hope that changes soon.
