Oxygen not finding customized framework/templates

I am using XML 21.1 and Windows 10. I have specified the path to my customized templates. Oxygen XML only sees the default templates when I try to create a new file. I have a computer running Windows 7. I have compared the preferences between the two computers. I do not see a discrepancy and Oxygen recognizes my templates in Windows 7. Windows 10 operating system is the only culprit I can think of. Any idea of something I might have missed when I set up Oxygen in 10?

Hi,

The fact that you are using Windows 10 should not be a factor here.
Please double check that the templates folder you configured in Oxygen actually points to a location on disk where the new file templates are located.
If you want further help with this you will need to give us more details about what you did on your side to configure the new file templates, maybe some screenshots.
