WebHelp Feedback Form | "Was this information helpful?"

Hi,

I have a feature request for a second feedback possibility for the WebHelp.

The feedback form that exists already offers a contact form where users can comment. I would like to have a quicker way to get feedback from users. Some kind of simple "Was this information helpful? Yes / No" button. Or a scale. "How helpful was this information? Scale from 0 to 10".
