Transformation parameters

I have modified wh responsive transformation and applied the workaround mentioned here topic19567.html. However in order for this workaround to work for every small .ditamap transformation we need to rename coresponding .dita file to index.dita, which we don't want to do since we need this workaround only for the end product and it will be messy. So I created the script that would apply/disable the workaround and run DITA-OT Integrator on its own.

My question is, is it possible to execute these scripts before every transformation automatically? Is there a way to set some transformation parameter that would be executed before the transformation it self?
This way, we could create two transformation scenarios: one would be for the end product which applies the workaround script then runs the transofrmation and one for our editors which would run the script that disables the workaround and then the transformation.
