DITA->Markdown: How to get a single output file?

Hi all;
I'm going from DITA to Markdown (to feed readme.io).
I would like to produce a single .md output file from multiple DITA source files. The default creates an index file and a 1:1 (input:ouptput) collection of .md files.

Hi,

You should try to set the "chunk='to-content'" attribute on the DITA Map <map> root element.
