Saving a dita file automatically inserts author and revised tags

Hi,
One of my co-workers is having an odd issue where each time she makes a change to any DITA map file in Oxygen, it inserts an author tag with her username and <revised> tag with a modified date.
Has anyone seen this before? It seems like a configuration setting was made in Oxygen but we can't find it. I edit the same files and I don't see this behaviour.

Hi Debbie,

Your colleague probably installed our DITA prolog updater add-on. In the Oxygen Preferences->"Plugins" page there is a sub-page containing specific settings for the plugin. Or she can uninstall the add-on from the main menu Help->"Manage add-ons...".
