Coderefs from external sources not working anymore

Hello,

after a DITA-OT update the fix.external.refs.com.oxygenxml parameter has stopped working.

Previously we were able to fetch content from Github to code samples using this parameter, but now it fails with the following error, and the coderefs just output nothing:

[DOTJ051E] Unable to load target for coderef "http://ww.example.com/file.html".

Can anyone help?

Hi,

Could you please provide us more details about the context of this problem?
What version of oXygen XML do you currently use and to which version have you upgraded the DITA-OT?
Also, what type of output do you try to obtain? Is this oXygen XML WebHelp?
If yes, and you are using a custom DITA-OT you should have integrated the WebHelp plugin to that custom DITA-OT:oXygen XML WebHelp download

Could you please let us know the steps you have proceeded for the DITA-OT upgrade?
However, note that we recommend to use the DITA-OT version that oXygen XML comes bundled with.
