DITA-OT processing suddenly stopped working

My colleague is getting the following two errors when she uses a DITA-OT transformation scenario in Oxygen.

Everything was working and then it suddenly stopped. It doesn't seem to matter what transtype we are using - we always get the same errors.

I am completely stumped. Can anyone help?

Hi Andrew,

Not sure what's going on, did she make any changes to the build files? Or did she configure a custom DITA Open Toolkit engine (not the one shipped with Oxygen) in the Preferences->DITA page?
For example in this build file "OXYGEN_INSTALL_DIR/frameworks/dita/DITA-OT3.x/plugins/com.oxygenxml.pdf.css/build.xml" the target "pdf-css.publish-pdf" should be defined in one place and used in two more places.

Eventually we just uninstalled and reinstalled Oxygen. Not the best solution I know, but it worked.
