Empty Templates Tab!?

Hi!

I have Oxygen Author 20.1.

When I open a Webhelp+ scenario and go to Templates page, it is almost completely empty. No default templates. Only Save template as button, Choose Custom Publishing Template link and Configure Publishing Templates Gallery link available.

How can I get the default tempaltes back?

Hi,

Most probably you are using an external DITA-OT, not the default one that comes bundled from oXygen.
You should go into menu Options > Preferences > DITA and, under "DITA Open Toolkit", make sure that you are using the built-in DITA OT that comes bundled with oXygen.

If you specifically need to use an external DITA OT, you could add the oXygen templates. In the menu Options > Preferences > DITA > Publishing, click add, then choose the "templates" folder from oxygen_install_dir\frameworks\dita\DITA-OT3.x\plugins\com.oxygenxml.webhelp.responsive.
