Hi all,
Does Oxygen have any facility to convert my PDF to Docbook Lite XML stranded.
I need a kind of automation facility to convert my PDF or TEXT to a DocBook Lite XML with minimum steps. for example ID should be increase automatically.

Converting PDF back to some other format is a hopeless task. It is practically impossible and if you did do it you would have tons of work to do just to get the new source to a standard that you could work with.
Best start fresh.
