Cannot Copy Content in Codeblock from Linux

We use Oxygen 20.1 to generate responsive webhelp. One of our customers uses Firefox on Linux to view the help and they noticed that they are not able to copy the content in a codeblock container.

Is this a limitation you are aware of?

Thank you for your email.

We've tested on our side using Ubuntu v18.04 / Firefox v65.0.1 and everything works fine. Could you please provide more details about the version of Firefox/ Ubuntu they are using?
