Blank page after the frontpage

Hello again.

After I moved the first topic before the table of contents (with outputclass=”before-toc”), a blank page appeared between the frontpage and this topic. This page is not regular because it does not display a page number I defined. I also removed (I hope) all the instructions to start topics with the odd-numbered pages. How can I remove this page?

Hi again,

It is not clear how exactly you moved the page and which is the structure of your source files.
To investigate what you have done and notice what is the issue, we need to investigate your files and CSS.

Therefore, please provide us a DITA Map in an as minimal form as possible, together with your customization CSS, that reproduces the issue and we could look into this and reply back.
